Every LUBA 3 AWD is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What is covered

  • Mower body, mainboard and navigation modules — 2 years
  • Drive motors and wheel assemblies — 2 years
  • Battery pack — 2 years or 800 charge cycles
  • Charging dock and power supply — 2 years

What is not covered

  • Wear parts such as blades and blade discs
  • Damage from impact with hidden obstacles, flooding or unauthorised repair
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect function

Making a claim

Email support@lubastore.com with your order number and a short video of the fault. Most issues are solved with a firmware update or a user-replaceable part shipped free of charge.
