By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below.
Orders
An order is accepted once we send a confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is mispriced or out of stock.
Pricing
Prices are in USD and exclude local sales tax where applicable. Promotional pricing is valid while stock lasts.
Safe use
The mower must be set up and operated according to the manual. Keep children and pets clear of the cutting deck and use the safety stop before lifting the machine.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
