Not the right mower for your lawn? Return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the mower and accessories are complete and in resalable condition. Normal signs of lawn testing are fine — we expect you to try it.

How to start a return

  • Email support@lubastore.com with your order number
  • We send a prepaid return label within one business day
  • Repack the mower in its original carton and hand it to the carrier

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Shipping fees on orders under $99 are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no cost.

Exchanges

Moving to a larger model? We credit the full value of your returned mower against the new order once it is received.
