Free shipping on orders over $99 to the continental United States.

Processing time

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard ground delivery arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Mowers ship on a pallet-free carton with signature on delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. If tracking has not updated for 48 hours, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.

Address changes

We can change a delivery address before dispatch. Once the carrier has the parcel, changes must be requested directly through the carrier's portal.
